| 2006 Forward - Current Work & Future Visions | |
| For the past twenty three years The St, Peter’s Wild Blueberry Festival and Homecoming has grown and expanded. Today the festival operates two swimming pools, a mini golf course, a canteen and an entertainment stage. Activities in the local park take place for ten weeks each summer. To administer the ten week program the festival hires four people for the period. Two of these act as life guards in the pool area and the second two operate the canteen which administers to both the pools and the mini golf. Funds raised by the festival are used to administer this program as well as to provide maintenance to the various venues. This enables the committee to offer pool and golf rates which are affordable for the general public as well a visitors to the park. When additional funds are realized the committee invests in improvements to the park facility.
At present our canteen facility has outlived its use. When sufficient funds are realized a new canteen will be constructed. The present canteen building will be used to store festival equipment. Our present storage building is now pressed beyond limit for this purpose. Hopefully we will be able to continue with successful festival and homecoming events.

| May / June 2003 - Pool Decks | |
| With summer just around the corner the Festival is also completing the renovations to the pool deck at St. Peter's Park. Over the years the pool deck has been replaced and fixed numerous times, in attempt to find a durable, and serviceable surface.
The deck renovation will be complete, and the pools will be ready for the 2003 season.

| May 2003 - Rink Renovations | |
| Every year the Festival hosts a number of events in the St. Peters Rink. With the increased attendance at these events the Festival has decided to undertake a renovation project which will address the need for improved restroom facilities. The project is a joint project between government and the St. Peter's Bay Wild Blueberry Festival.
The project, scheduled to start in May, will be completed well before the 2003 Festival begins. The new restrooms will have an increased capacity, to help alleviate the problems experienced in the past. One thing to keep in mind though...
